Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data OpenToCollaborate collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data controller
The service is operated by GROU LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Contact: privacidad@quieroautomatizar.com.
2. What we collect

3. Public information
Your profile is public by design: anyone can see it, search engines can index it and people can share it. Don't put information on your profile that you don't want public.
4. Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:
- HighLevel / LeadConnector — hosting, CRM for contact and proposal notifications, analytics and payments infrastructure;
- Supabase — database and authentication;
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security;
- Google Fonts — web fonts (your browser requests fonts from Google's servers).
Some providers are located in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep account and profile data while your account is active. When you delete your profile it disappears from the directory immediately and is removed from backups within 90 days. Proposal records are kept while either party's account is active, unless you ask us to delete them.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can edit or delete most data yourself from your dashboard; for anything else write to privacidad@quieroautomatizar.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level security so users can only change their own profile and see their own proposals, and passwords are never stored in plain text.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
