Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of OpenToCollaborate (the “Service”), a directory where people and brands publish that they are open to collaborate and send each other collaboration proposals. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service is operated by GROU LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Contact: privacidad@quieroautomatizar.com.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done with them.
• Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate anyone.

2. Profiles and public content

Your profile (name, role, bio, offers, what you seek, links and similar) is public, can be indexed by search engines and can be shared by other users. You keep ownership of your content and grant GROU LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute it for operating and promoting the Service, for as long as it remains on the Service.

3. Proposals and collaborations

OpenToCollaborate only connects users. Any collaboration, agreement, payment or deliverable is exclusively between the users involved. We do not verify, guarantee or take part in those agreements and are not responsible for their outcome. The “verified” mark reflects checks we chose to make at a point in time and is not an endorsement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• send spam, bulk or automated proposals, or unsolicited advertising;
• publish unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexual or infringing content;
• scrape, copy or resell the directory, or access the Service by automated means other than public search engine crawling;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Embeddable badge

You may embed the “Open to Collaborate” badge on your own sites while you have an active profile. The badge, the OpenToCollaborate name and logo remain property of GROU LLC; do not alter them or use them to suggest an endorsement.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice for the next billing period. See pricing.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROU LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from interactions between users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

8. Termination

You can delete your profile at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or end access to the Service for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them.
